No Stone Unturned

With a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and flexibility, digging tenaciously for the truth, experienced inquiry, investigative diligence and scientific rigor, answers can be found. Go above and beyond superficial paradigms to expose undiscovered, hidden or misunderstood evidence.

Free of Jargon

Reports must be articulate, free of jargon whenever possible, clear, concise, fair and decisive. They must be meticulously researched and strive to be illuminating while accounting for alternative explanations.

Definitive Assessments

Provide definitive assessments whenever the facts allow while being sensitive to the real world needs of the case, your role and the need to embed your findings with professionalism and authenticity at all times.  Always be able to defend your opinion to a reasonable degree of medical certainty.

Focus Under Pressure

Experienced expert witnesses realize the need to be and are able to be focused under the pressures associated with high-profile cases, hostile adversarial proceedings and changing deadlines.

It Is All about the Little Things

To be successful, it is all about the little things. You must respond to what you think is urgent, even in the dead of night, be flexible in the light of evolving evidence and maintain intellectual honesty in all that you do.
